1916-2010
Anthony Maiocco was called home by his heavenly father on Saturday, November 13, 2010. Tony was born in Clarksburg, West Va. He lived most of his life in Baltimore, Md. with his wife of 69 years, Mary Maiocco and daughter Lois Maiocco Hopkins. Tony and Mary relocated to Katy Texas in 2004 to be with their daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren. He celebrated a wonderful life with his focus always being on his family and friends. Tony will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, father-in-law and grandfather. He retired from Bethlehem Steel in Sparrowspoint Md. Tony is survived by his son-in-law, Jack Hopkins, his two grandchildren, his four great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. He was a proud member of the U.S. Army and served during WWII. Tony was also a proud member of the Masons, A 32nd degree Mason and also a Shriner. He will be dearly missed by all. May his spirit continue to shine through the stars in heaven. The love he gave will always be remembered. A visitation to share and reflect Tony’s life will be Friday from 5-8 P.M. and funeral services celebrating his life will be Saturday, November 20, 2010 at 12:30 P.M. with Pastor Don Kidd officiating.
