Antonie Helen Antrich passed away on Friday, February 24, 2012 at the age of 88. Toni was the youngest of eight children born to Fritz & Mary Schwartz on July 19, 1923 in Warrenton, Texas. Toni was a resident of Houston for 50 years, a member of Gethsemane Lutheran Church, and a gifted seamstress.
She is preceded in death by her first husband, Walter Hentschel, her second husband Herbert “Dutch” Antrich, and daughter, Maxine Lynaugh. Toni is survived by her sons, Michael Hentschel & wife Margaret, Joe Hentschel & wife Charolotte, Mark Hentschel; grandchildren James Lynaugh, Shelley Backes, Holly Carichner; great grandchildren, Emmalyn Backes, Jake Backes, Cole Backes, Luke Backes, Jonah Carichner, Ivy Carichner, Levi Carichner; brother Lawrence Schwartz; many other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends for visitation on Monday, February 27th from 5:00-8:00 pm at Pat H. Foley & Co. A service to celebrate Toni's life will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, February 28th at Gethsemane Lutheran Church; 4040 Watonga Blvd., Houston 77092; graveside services will follow at Waldeck Cemetery.
