Antonio Moreno

Antonio was born in Venezuela to Antonio Moreno and Maria del Carmen Funes.

Antonio was a man of great intelligence and warmth. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering and a second master’s in Business and Energy Resources. He built a successful career at Shell Oil Company as a Wells Deepwater – Lead Well Engineer, where he was respected for his expertise and admired for his kindness and professionalism.

Antonio’s greatest joy, however, was his family. He shared 22 beautiful years of marriage with his devoted wife, Beatriz. He was a loving and proud father to his daughter, Chloe, and son, Samuel, who will forever hold his guidance and love in their hearts.

Antonio also leaves behind his parents; Antonio and Maricarmen, his sister; Patricia, along with extended family and countless friends who were touched by his generosity, humor, and unwavering support.

Antonio had a gift for making those around him feel valued and loved, he was truly a friend to all. Antonio will be profoundly missed but forever remembered in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
