Born December 8, 1914 in Dallas, TX. Retired Vice President of American Capital Insurance Company and owner of Arthur Evans and Company. Charter member and former Senior Warden of St Christopher’s Episcopal Church. Bachelor of Laws Degree from South Texas College of Law. Past Council President of Spring Branch Independent School District P.T.A. and served 14 years on the Tax Board of Equalization.
Served during WWII in the Navy and Coast Guard Reserve.
Sons and daughter-in-law, Arthur III and Bea, Mike and Ann, Tim and Sharon, all of Houston. Blessed with 7 loving grandchildren, Arthur IV, Jennifer, Lisa, Adrienne, Kristen, Julie and Michelle. 13 great grandchildren, Sara, Andrew, Rick, Rachael, Will, Emily, Michael, Charlie, Luke, Caroline,Olivia, Riley and Peyton
