Mr. Arthur James Henry,was born August 4, 1956, in Houston, Texas to the parents of Lurlene and A.J. Henry. Arthur was the loving husband of 33 years to Gwen Henry, to which three (3) children were born to their union. Arthur was employed with Baker Hughes tools for seven(7) years, before becoming employed with the METRO Transit Authority System, where he gave 28 years of service. Arthur, affectionately known as "A.J.", enjoyed Hunting, Walking, Zydeco Dancing and yes, Riding Motocycles with friends. All who knew him will forever cherish his wonderful smile. Preceding him in death is his mother, father-in-law, R.V. Lydia,and sisters, Janice Henry and Carol Phillips. Left to cherish his memories are his wife, children, Alton Henry and wife Meka, LaTasha Henry and fiance' Terrell, and Diamond Jones. He also leaves two (2) sisters, Clementine Shelton-Pradia and Earnestine (Fred) Jones; grandchildren, Jasmine Annette Henry and Tania Annette Freeman, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
