Arthur Scott Noble

Scott was born March 28, 1959, in Owensburg, Kentucky to William Henry and Nettie Mae Noble. He graduated from Cy-Fair High School in 1978, attended Texas State Technical College where he obtained his degree as a Diesel Mechanic. He worked for Ryder Transportation for 39 years until his retirement in 2018. Scott loved boating, fishing, and most of all spending time with family and friends.

Scott was preceded in Death by his parents, William Henry Noble and Nettie Mae Niswonger Noble, his sister Elaine Kaye Noble and brother William Lynn Noble. He leaves behind his loving wife of 27 years Sandra O’Quin Noble of Cypress, TX, His daughter/niece Paige O’Quin Prothro and husband Travis of Lena Louisiana, Son/Nephew Logan Haas O’Quin of Deville, Louisiana, his darling granddaughter/great niece Emmalyn Kate Prothro of Lena, Louisiana, his brother Mark Noble and wife, Kennetha, nieces Kayli and Kami of Brunet, Texas and sister Charlotte Noble of Austin, Texas, and a multitude of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Scott was a wonderful husband, brother, Pop Pop, and friend. He and his laughter will be missed by all who know him.

A Memorial Service will be held later, at Cypress Creek Baptist Church, 21870 Northwest Freeway, Cypress, TX. 77429.
