At Tan Sun

on January 13, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.

His passing is deeply mourned by all who knew and loved him.

Born on March 25, 1928, he lived a life marked by hard work, frugality, and kindness.

For many years, he devoted himself wholeheartedly to providing for his family,

working tirelessly from morning until night.

Through his lifelong dedication, he and his wife built a warm and

loving home grounded in care, sacrifice, and responsibility.

By both word and example, he taught his children the importance of

Honesty, Perseverance, and Compassion.

He often shared the belief that “a harmonious family brings prosperity,”

a value he lived by and cherished deeply.

Nothing brought him and his wife greater joy than seeing their children,

grandchildren, and great-grandchildren gathered together in warmth and harmony.

Though he leaves this world without seeking recognition or material legacy,

he leaves behind something far more meaningful —

the values he instilled in his family:

Diligence, Resilience, Kindness, and Unity.

These lessons will continue to guide generations to come.

He will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed

by his wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family,

and all whose lives he touched.

父親大人 孫乙泰先生 安詳辭世，闔家悲慟，天地同哀。

父親一生，勤儉立業，仁德傳家，

今見女孫輩追思往昔，音容猶在，而庭訓永銘。

父親持家數十載，晨昏操勞，未嘗稍懈。

以單薄之肩，撐闔家之暖；以半生心血，築安居之所。

家中一粥一飯，皆浸潤您辛勞汗水；一門一窗，皆凝聚您護佑深情。

您言傳身教，教我們以誠立身，以勤處事；

您寬厚慈愛，讓我們懂得孝悌相親，守望相助。

您常說「家和萬事興」，每逢佳節團聚，

您總坐於堂前含笑，看子孫滿堂，其樂融融。

往日您教誨之聲，叮嚀之語，猶説明耳；

您步履穩健，背影從容，歷歷在目。

今您羽化登仙，往生極樂。

靈前香火，難寄思念之萬一；堂前孝服，不表哀痛之萬一。

您留給我們最寶貴的，不是物質財富，

而是勤勉堅毅的品格、寬厚待人的胸襟、孝親睦鄰的家風。

這些精神財富，將如暗夜明燈，永照我們前進之路。

父親大人，請您安心。我們定謹遵您的教誨，團結一心，互愛互持，

將您所建立的家風代代相傳，讓您的精神在子孫血脈中永續。

伏祈慈父安息蓮邦，早登淨土。兒女孫輩泣血叩稟，永誌不忘。

A visitation will be held at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home, located at 12800 Westheimer Road, Houston, TX 77077, on January 28, 2026, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.

The funeral service will take place at the same venue on January 29, 2026, from 9:00 am to 11:30 am.
