Barbara J. Benedick,70, passed away on December 1, 2013 in Pearland, TX. She is preceded by her parents, George Toman, and Billie Young Toman, and also by her husband, James V. Benedick. She is survived by her children, Joe Martin, Tracy Bonar and husband Craig, and Renee Dunlap and husband Joe; and her grandchildren, Travis, Lexie, Tanner, Tyler, and Tiffany; and one great grandchild, Maelynn. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday , December 4, 2013 from 6:00-8:00pm, and a funeral service is scheduled for 9:45am on Thursday, December 5, 2013. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
