Barbara Ann McNeal

Barbara S. McNeal, 81, of Houston, Texas, passed away on December 4, 2016. Barbara was born in Hampton, Virginia on August 23, 1935. She graduated from Hampton High School. She spent most of her final years in New Smyrna Beach, Florida after retiring in 1999 with her husband, Earl McNeal.

Barbara was married to Earl V. McNeal on June 13, 1959; they were married 57 years. They had two sons, Mike and Lou.

Barbara worked as a Secretary for First National Bank of Newport News for several years. After her children were born, she stayed home to care for her children. She enjoyed reading and trips to professional golf tournaments with her sis-cuz, Nancy Tison. She was also actively involved in South Haven Christian Church in Port Orange, Florida, especially the youth program.

Barbara is survived by Earl, Mike, Lou; their wives Sandra and Cristina; Grandchildren Kristopher, Zachary, Leah and Karissa; Sister-in-law Shirley Greene and other family and friends.
