Barbara Louise Thompson, age 88, passed away December 12, 2015 in Houston, Texas. Barbara is preceded in death by, husband James Lamar Thompson, son Ronnie Lamar Thompson and all of her siblings. Survived by Son Jim Thompson & wife Linda, and Daughters Bonnie Townsend & husband Tommy and Nancy Klehm & husband Kenneth. Grandchildren, Ronnie Thompson & wife Sonia, Chris Thompson & wife Tabitha, Tra Townsend & wife Carol, Rodney Townsend & wife Liz, Monica Heckner & husband Aleks, Adrianne Charles & husband Michael, Misty Palmer & husband Jason, and Elina Nunez.Great Grandchildren, Zachary, Tysen, & Madison Townsend, Madeleine & Gabriel Charles, Carissa, Ian, Isabelle, Christian & Autumn Thompson, Anastasia, Sofia, & Eden Heckner and Aren Palmer. Visitation will be on Tuesday December 15th, 2015 at Brookside Champions Funeral Home at 6:00-8:00pm, and the Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday December 16th, 2015 at Faith Assembly Church 7755 Fairbanks N. Houston, Houston, TX 77040 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Klein Memorial Park.
