A visitation for Bernard will be held Friday, August 13, 2021 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at American Heritage Funeral Home, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038. A funeral service will occur Friday, August 13, 2021 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038. A graveside service will occur Friday, August 13, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home, 13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060.

Serving as pallbearers are Roel Flores, Eric Todd, Jesus Castillo, Manuel Solis and Jean Brent.
