Born in Linares, Mexico, a resident of Houston, Texas, for 59 years. He was predeceased in death by his spouse, Carmen Melendez, his Son, Gustavo and his infant Daughter, Rosa Maria Melendez.
He is survived by his Sons, Fernando (Alicia); Rodolfo (Carrie); Bernardo (Kris); Jose Luis (Patricia) and by his Daughter, Rosa Maria (B.J.); his Brother, Jesus Melendez (Emma) and his Sister, Olivia Aguayo; 15 Grandchildren; 22 Great-Grandchildren; 8 Great-Great Grandchildren and numerous beloved Nieces and Nephews.
Pallbearers are Alejandro Melendez, Fernando Melendez, David Melendez, Darren Pringle, Alfredo Hernandez, and Jesus Herrera. Honorary Pallbearers include Jesus Melendez, Rodolfo Melendez, Jr., and Juan Ramirez.
Our Father lived a long, happy live. He will be greatly missed but he is now re-united with his loving wife, son and daughter, what a celebration !!!!!!!!!
