Berniece Jarvis, age 87, passed away on December 9, 2011. She is preceded in death by her husband, William Jarvis. She is survived by daughter Cheryl Sarubbi, son-in-law Frank Sarubbi, grandson Steven Sarubbi, granddaughter Angela Sarubbi, and
her sister Peggy Boren.
She was born on November 19, 1924 in Chidester, Arkansas. Berniece attended the University of Arkansas and lived in Arkansas until moving to Houston, where she has lived for the past 55 years.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Berniece enjoyed spending time with the family, the grandchildren most of all.
Funeral services will be held Saturday December 17 at 3:00 pm at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home.
