Bettie was blessed with a large and loving family. She fell in love with a tall, and handsome fellow from the hills of North Arkansas who she met in Henderson – Bobby Gene Ferguson. They became partners for life on June 19th, 1960. For 62 years she and the love of her life lived faithfully together loving each other, raising their family, and caring for the people God placed in their lives.

* Her sisters: Nelda Walters and Rebecca Harris
* Her son: Jonathan Daniel Ferguson
Bettie is survived by:
* Her sisters: Elna Breedlove and her husband Frank Breedlove & Francis Ballow (Pronounced Baloo)
* Her brother: Daniel Hunt & his wife Betty
* Her husband: Bobby Ferguson
* Her children: David Ferguson & his wife Rhonda Ferguson and John Randall (Randy) Ferguson
* Her grandchildren: Jonathan Ferguson & his wife Bre; Nathan Ferguson and his wife Alana; Timothy Ferguson and his wife Kelly; Alyssa Gomez & her husband Nico.
* Her great grandchildren: Layla, Piper, William, Evelyn, & Emilia
A funeral service for Bettie will be held Thursday, November 3, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Free Will Baptist Church, 12251 Northpointe Blvd., Tomball, TX 77377. Following the funeral service will be a burial at Brookside Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039.
