Betty Louise Butler Chipman born February 20, 1933, went to be with our Lord on October 11, 2012. Betty was a very special and loving woman, She is survived by her daughter, Doris Hartis; granddaughter Renee Moore; grandson, Richie Hartis and wife Tracie; great grandchildren, Logan Moore, Courtney Moore, Austin Hartis and Corey Hartis; sisters, Bernice McLerran, Velma Gamel, Gay Dewald and husband Tommy, Sue Konieczka and Ann Flournoy; brother, Charles Butler. She was a wonderful mother, grandma and Granny. Betty loved to share her love for her family and friends by making them special handmade quilts. She never met a stranger and you never saw her without a smile on her face. She is preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Josie Butler. Visitation will be Friday, October 12, 2012 at Brookside Funeral Home from 6:00pm until 8:00pm. Funeral Service will be conducted at 10:00am Saturday, October 13, 2012 at Brookside Funeral Home Family Chapel with interment to follow in Brookside Memorial Park.
