Betty Jo Lambert

Betty was a loving and kind person and was considered mother and grandmother to many friends. For over 30 years she worked as a bookkeeper/office manager at Layne & Bowler Company, although, her dearest passion was childcare at Kingwood First Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death and will join in Heaven: her husband, Clifford A. Lambert; mother and father: Rev. Paul & Vera Weisinger; sisters, Irene Brooks, Gweneth Darden, and Lucille Weisinger; brothers: Jack L. Hampton, and James R. Hampton; sons-in-law: Dr. Richard Saad, and James E. Helsley.

Betty is survived by her daughters: Linda Pirtle-Saad, and Donnie Sue Pirtle-Helsley; step-son, Carl Lambert and his wife, Victoria; grandchildren: Richard Saad, Jr. and his wife, Shalene, Laura Saad, Christina Robertson-King and her husband, Brian, Lacy Embley and her husband, Gary, and Lindsay Lambert; great grandchildren: Layna Landers, Callie Crisp, Richard “RJ” Saad, III, Ava Saad, Gavin Embley, and Spencer Macy; along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and a host of friends. She will be dearly missed.
