Betty Lou Sandifer

Betty Lou Sandifer went to be with her Lord on December 6, 2016. She was born on April 24, 1938 in Houston, Texas to parents Leonard Lee and Alice Jewel White. Betty was preceded in death by her loving husband of 27 years, William J. Sandifer; parents, Leonard Lee White and wife Gladys White, Alice Jewel Fortner and husband William Cartana; siblings, Jewel Ann Dennis, Lynda Lee Beckworth, Johnny Fisk, Ellen White; brothers-in-law, Robert Fogg and Jimmy Dennis . She is survived by two daughters, Patricia Langlinais and husband Garland, Donna Jacobs and husband Robert Dugal; seven grandchildren, Becky Skees and husband Scott, Cale Langlinais, Josh Langlinais, Steven Champagne, Christi Thornton and husband Josh, Jeffery Cheatham and, Ross Dugal; five great grandchildren, Kami Skees, Karli Skees, Riley Parker, Jaxon Langlinais, and Brielle Langlinais; siblings, Jim White and wife Virginia, Johnnette Gillespie Knapek and husband Bill, Susan Montalbano and husband Phillip, Jeannie Fogg, Leonard “Buddy” Lee White Jr. and wife Peggy, Rick White and wife Kathryn; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends for visitation Thursday, December 8, 2016 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and a Funeral Service Friday, December 9, 2016 at 3:00 PM in the Grand Chapel at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039 followed by a burial at Brookside Memorial Park.
