Bill Wayne Wright

Bill was born and raised in Houston but some of his early years he spent in Tennessee. He attended Milby High School. Later he met and married the love of his life, Nancy. Bill worked over 30 plus years as a production worker for one of America’s prestigious beer companies, Anheuser-Busch. To all that came in contact with Bill they found out quickly he loved God and his family very much. Bill will truly be missed by all.

Bill was preceded in death by; parents Orville and Geneva Wright, and grandparents Albert "Pappa" Wade, Big Mama Wade and Sally "Maw" Wright, brother and sister-in-law Jerry and Marlene Wright.

Bill is survived by his wife of 56 years, Nancy Wright; son Norman Wright and wife Shelly; daughter Melanie Cruz; sister Barbara and Mack Dunlap; grandchildren: Joshua Gregg and Melanie, Ashton Cruz and Joe Patin and Brittany Cruz Meadows and Sean; great-grandchildren: Scarlet, Rayna, Olivia and sisters-in-law Peggy LaBouve, Barbara Ann Apshire and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

The family will receive visitors on Monday February 25, 2019 at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039 from 1 pm to 2 pm. The funeral service will begin at 2 pm followed by the burial at Brookside Memorial Park.
