Billie Jean Barrum Brown, was born in Newton, Texas on August 19, 1928, passed away at home on July 15, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. (Bob) Brown, born in Waco, Texas on November 2, 1926 and died on March 14, 2012, they were married 65 years.
Survived by sons, Mike and wife Marilyn, and Mark and wife Cheryl; sisters, Betty Jo Barrum Smith and Margaret Brown Redus; grandsons, Michael Cheed Brown and wife Deborah, and Benjamin Lee Brown; five great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Billie and Bob enjoyed many happy years of family, careers and friends. Billie managed the family and home and was a national master bridge player.
Bob had a successful 30 year career as owner at Superior Building Systems in Houston and a dedicated hunter. Both enjoyed golf and fishing. We will remember you and be forever in our hearts.

A Graveside Service will take place at Memorial Oaks Cemetery, 13001 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas 77079, at 10:30 a.m., on Wednesday, July 18, 2012.
