

She was a 1941 graduate of the University of Texas and a member of Zeta Tau Alpha. Mrs. Evans was also a member of the Blue Bird Circle, The Junior League of Houston, was a volunteer at St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital and a lifelong member of St. Martin’s Episcopal Church where she was on the Altar Guild,
She was preceded in death by her late husband, Earl E. Evans; son, Earl Randall Evans; and two brothers, Carle B. Aderman and Charles V. Aderman. Mrs. Evans is survived by nieces Joy Baldwin and Vicki Aderman; nephews, Michael V. Aderman and wife, Kathryn, Patrick Evans Aderman and Mark Aderman and wife, Kathryn; daughter in law, Lynn Evans; and numerous great nieces and nephews.
The family would like to express their appreciation for the care provided by Mrs. Evans caregivers, Marty Cazares, Gracia Gonzalez, Diana Isaza and Salome Kum.
The memorial service is to be conducted at two o’clock in the afternoon on Friday, the 15th of October, in the chapel of St. Martin’s Episcopal Church, 717 Sage Road in Houston, where the Rev. Richard H. Elwood is to officiate.
