Billy Mack Gunter

Billy had a long career as an electrician at G&B Electric. He had a true passion for antiques and coin collecting. Billy was a caring and giving man willing to offer a helping hand to anyone who needed it. It seemed he could fix just about anything you could imagine and always seemed to have the answers for any issue you needed resolved. Billy loved hunting and being outdoors and spending time with his family and grandkids. He touched the lives of everyone he met and was loved and will be missed by many. His daughters and grandkids will forever miss the nights around the campfire full of laughs and irreplaceable time spent together.

Billy is preceded in death by his parents, Coy and Hazel Gunter.

He is survived by his daughters, Melissa and Ashley;grandchildren, Kirsten, Kaitlyn, Mason, Brooklyn, Jacob and Mckenna; brother, Rick Gunter; son-in-law, Doyle.

A visitation for Billy will be held Wednesday, August 2, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039. A funeral service will occur Thursday, August 3, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home.
