

Bobby attended Olivet Nazarene College before enlisting in the United States Army in 1951, where he served with the Helicopter Group in Korea. In 1952 he met Betty Fore while stationed in San Marcos, Texas, whom he married in Houston on the 20th of November 1953.
He was employed by Mustang Tractor and Equipment Company from 1954 to 1978 when he resigned to start his own heavy construction equipment business, Alpine Equipment. He retired in 1992 to begin a life enjoying golf at Sugar Creek Country Club several times a week and flying his Stearman airplane.
Bobby was also a long-time member of Westminster United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Betty; his sister, Jane Hale and her husband David of Alpharetta, Georgia; his brother, Thomas W. Craig and his wife Norma of North Canton, Ohio; his sister-in-law Marilyn Craig of Bourbonnais, Illinois; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from four o'clock in the afternoon until six o'clock in the evening on Friday, the 21st of December, in the library and grand foyer of Geo. H. Lewis & Sons, 1010 Bering Drive in Houston.
The interment is to be conducted at ten o'clock in the morning on Saturday, the 22nd of December, at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery, 6900 Lawndale Avenue in Houston, where the Rev. Jeff Powers, Senior Pastor, Westminster United Methodist Church, is to officiate.
In lieu of customary remembrances, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions in Mr. Craig's name be directed to Westminster United Methodist Church, 5801 San Felipe St., Houston, TX, 77057.
