Bobby Earl Holdridge, age 54, passed away in his home on March 19, 2023 with his devoted wife Kristin by his side after a long battle with cancer. He left this world surrounded with love. He was born on October 5, 1968, in Houston, Texas and was a resident of Cypress, Texas.
Bobby Earl graduated from Houston Community College in automobile mechanics in 2005 and began his first business, Auto Complete Services in 2007. He began driving as a hot shot driver and realized he wanted to be home more, so he went to work for the Houston Strong Roofing Company, learning the roofing business. He opened Pro Shield Roofing Services in 2019, which he led and worked with Kristin until his death.
He is remembered for being an active member in the AA community and for his love and caring for others in that community. He proudly achieved 19 years of continuous sobriety, which he attributed as the reason he was able to have a life he loved. Bobby believed in second chances. He loved fully and completely, and gave of himself freely without asking for anything in return. He loved motorcycles, his dogs, horror movies, eating ice cream with Kayla, and his family. And was cherished and loved every day by his friends and family.
Bobby Earl is survived by his spouse Kristin, her child Kayla, father Edwin Holdridge and his dogs Baxter and Tina. He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia and his sister, Martha. The Holdridge family will be holding a service at Brookside Funeral Home - Cypress Creek on April 2, 2023, at 2:00 PM.
