Bonnie June Hearn Fisher Goehrs

Bonnie June Hearn Fisher Goehrs, 81, of Houston, Texas went to be with the Lord on Tuesday April 5, 2011. She was born on June 24, 1929 in McIntyre, Louisiana to Rev. John E. Hearn and Alta Fordman Hearn. She was a proud graduate of Louisiana Tech University. Bonnie loved to play Bridge and Travel. She was a loving wife, devoted mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She is survived by her husband, Robert Goehrs; daughter, Suzanne Crozier and her husband Tom, son, Herb Fisher and his wife Lis, daughter, Lisa Smith and her husband Robert; grandchildren, Sean Crozier and his wife Christina, Emily Voorhees and her husband Dirk, Chase and Jackie Fisher, Kristin and Ryan Smith; great-grandchildren, Chance and Campbell Voorhees, Corinne and Reid Crozier; brother, Bishop Woodrow Hearn and his wife Anne; step-children, Allen and Susan Goehrs, Wayne and Laurie Goehrs;, Linda and John Yow; step-grandchildren, Allison Barsalou and husband Kyle, Elizabeth and Catherine Yow; step-great-grandchildren, Brian McDougal and Kaylee Barsalou.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 PM Friday April 8, 2011 in the Memorial Oaks Funeral Home Chapel, 13001 Katy Freeway Houston, Texas 77079. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00PM Saturday April 9, 2011 in the Chapelwood United Methodist Church 11140 Greenbay Dr. Houston, Texas 77024. There will be a private burial prior to the Funeral service.
