In tiefem Mitgefühl
Joachim und Annemarie

Birgit was a strong, creative, funny (yes, funny) and beautiful woman. I am grateful to her for raising an equally strong, creative, funny and beautiful daughter, and sharing the role of grandmother for wonderful Ollie. I have a memory of Birgit wrestling a sago palm at Adam and Jo’s house, and she won. The only casualty was the shovel. I will have to find that picture.
