His parents and wife, Penelope Fry, preceded him in death. He is survived by his sons and their families: Todd Fry; George and Sarah with their mother Anne Fry; and Chad and Jessica Fry, Demian and Natasha.
After honorably serving in the Air Force and discharging as a Sergeant, Bruce entered the insurance industry, culminating in his own agency and retiring after 30 years. He enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisher until Parkinson’s made those activities difficult for him. During this time, he found comfort in watching old Westerns.
A committal service will be held on Friday, June 6, 2025 at 11:30am at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas 77038. Please meet in lane 1 by 11:15am.
