Caesar was born on September 16, 1966, in Pasig City, Philippines, to his loving parents, Antonio and Juliana. He attended Benedictine Abbey School before pursuing higher education at the University of Santo Tomas. At UST, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine degree. During his university years, he also became a proud member of the Psi Sigma Gamma Fraternity and the Order of DeMolay.
Caesar dedicated his professional life to healing and teaching, building a multi-faceted career as a General Surgeon, Surgical Assistant, and Math & Science Teacher. Over many dedicated years, he brought his talents to numerous medical institutions, including the Operating Room Department at Perpetual Help Medical Center, Southern Maryland Hospital. He was also a faithful member and dedicated Math/Science teacher at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School and community.
Beyond his intellectual and professional gifts, Caesar was a man who truly loved life and brought joy to everyone around him. He was incredibly cheerful, funny, and uniquely remarkable, truly the light of any party, ensuring there was never a dull moment when he was in the room.
He was an exceptional dancer and someone who loved to sing with absolute joy, trying his hardest to belt out tunes even though he couldn’t quite carry a tune. His favorite pastimes included collecting watches and playing poker, bingo, and mahjong. He also had a passionate appreciation for good food, particularly enjoying sushi and Popeyes fried chicken.
Above all his achievements, Caesar was a deeply caring son, a loyal friend, a devoted father, and a profoundly loving husband. On June 21, 1996, he met the love of his life, Jonee, with whom he built a beautiful life and marriage. Together, they raised two wonderful sons, Kelvin and Kenneth, who were his absolute pride and joy. His love extended abundantly to his beloved "pawkids," who adored him just as much.
