Calvin was the heart and soul of his loving, wonderful, and supportive family, as he loved nothing more than spending quality time with his mother, father, and his brothers and sister watching TV and movies. He also enjoyed watching basketball, football, and baseball games with his brothers and talking about these games afterward. Calvin loved playing video games with his brothers, coaching, and making fun of them while they played.
Calvin was a dedicated and gifted student. Even with his condition, he continued and finished his high school education via home-schooling. He was a consistent straight-A student which showed his intelligence and hard work. His siblings consider him the smartest among them.
Calvin was a loving and warm person who always put others before himself. To illustrate this, he offered food to others even though it was the last piece of his favorite cookie or chocolate that he has been craving for. In addition, he always told his siblings to take a rest while he stayed by himself because he did not want them to get sick.
Calvin possessed a deep appreciation for the little things in life, as he was grateful to spend each day with his loving family. His family has provided warmth and love, which allowed him to develop a strong will and fighting spirit to live. He was an ultimate warrior, as he never allowed any obstacles in his life to hold him back.
A few people knew this about Calvin but he had a great sense of humor. He was witty and he took every chance he can get to tease his siblings.
Calvin’s life was God’s gift to all of us and a light in this world. He will always be in our hearts and he would be deeply missed by all who were lucky enough to know him.
