Candice Nicholas Davis, age 32, was born in Houston, Texas to Lillie Anita Davis and preceded in death by father Carl Washington. Candice is survived by a brother DeLeon Henderson (Tanya), niece Raeya Henderson and nephew Cason Henderson of Houston; grandmother Shirley Holloway of Fort Worth and preceded in death by grandfather James Davis; aunt Marilyn Sheppard and cousins John D. Sheppard (LaJade) and Royal Sheppard of Fort Worth; aunt Elma Marie Watts, Robert Watts, Jr. and James Watts of Brenham; LaKisha McGee (Franklin), Kacidy, Khenidi and Carter McGee of Dallas; godmother Nellie Carter; great aunt Nell Scribiner and cousins Keith and Patrice Williams of Detroit and a host of family and friends. Candice attended J. R. Reynolds School. She was an inspiration to her family and a driving force and motivation for all of her mother's academic accomplishments. Candice is remembered for her beautiful smile and lives in the hearts of her family.
