He was born in Chihuahua, Mexico on June 20, 1990. Carlos graduated from Mountain View High School, Orem, Utah in 2008. After High School, Carlos joined the United States Marine Corps where he proudly served his Country. Carlos was killed in action in Afghanistan as a result of and IED detonation.
Carlos had a passion for muscle cars and 1070’s rock music.
He is survived by his parents Brad and Rosa Irma Halliday, brothers Armando Ochoa and Eduardo Ochoa.
Carlos will be relocated from Utah to Houston. He will be laid to rest on Friday, October 25, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston , Texas 77038 with military honors.
