Carmen was born in Waco, Texas to Parents: Concepcion Peña Ochoa & Josefina Ochoa Gomez on June 4, 1937 in Waco, Texas.
Carmen is survived by Jesus Medina, Daughter-Rose Mary Caamano, Son Ernest Banda( wife Nelly) grandsons David Curt Moreno, and Frank Xavier Caamano III, and great-grandson -Peyton Xavier Caamano. Surviving Sister - Eva Riojas, Preceded in death by her son, Frank Anthony Banda Jr and parents, brothers - Clyde, Tino, Vincent, Paul & Joe Ochoa, and sisters Janie Sabala & Lupe Bravo. Though Our hearts are filled with sadness we find comfort knowing she is at peace and having a wonderful reunion with her loved ones in heaven.
A visitation for Carmen will be held Tuesday, April 2, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo, 2516 Navigation Blvd, Houston, Texas 77003. A graveside service will occur Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at 11:30 AM at Historic Hollywood Cemetery, 3506 N Main St, Houston, Texas 77009.
