Carol Peterson Towsen, born March 21, 1925 in Montclair , NJ, passed away peacefully April 2, 2011, She is survived by her loving husband of sixty-three years, Jim Towsen, her son Jim Towsen and wife Mary, her loving daughters, Barby Harwell and husband Roy, Melissa Allenspach and husband Mike, seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and her dog Biskit. Carol was an active member of Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church. The family wishes to extend special thanks to Vitas Hospice Care. An urn placement will take place at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home at 12:30P.M. on Friday, April 15, 2011. A Memorial Service will be held at Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church at 2P.M. with a reception to follow.
