Catalina Santillan

Catalina Santillan passed away January 6, 2022 at the age of 88. She was born on April 30, 1933 in Aguascalientes Mexico. She is preceded in death by her husband Antonio Santillan and children Aurora Santillan and Carlos Santillan.

Catalina was married to Antonio Santillan for more than 50 years and lived in Houston, Texas. They had 10 children, 38 grandchildren and 65 great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, their spouses, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Pablo Santillan and Dolores Santillan, Janie Gonzalez and Arturo Gonzalez, Antonio Santillan Jr. and Esther Santillan, Rachel Fernandez and Jose Fernandez, Aurelia Longoria and Gustavo Longoria, Robert Santillan and Gabriella Santillan, Ester Soto and Reyes Soto, Joe Manuel Santillan and Rosalinda Santillan and Norma Santillan.

Catalina was a home maker who loved to cook for her family, she loved to make tamales during the holidays. Catalina was a devoted mother and wife. She had a very strong will to live for her family and is dearly loved by so many.

A visitation for Catalina will be held Tuesday, January 11, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo Navigation, 2516 Navigation Blvd. Houston, TX 77003. A visitation will occur Wednesday, January 12, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A committal service will occur Wednesday, January 12, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at South Park Cemetery, 1310 N Main St, Pearland, TX 77581.
