I miss you so much. You were an amazing person that everybody loved to be around. Holidays will never be the same without you, there is so much stuff i wish i could have told you before you passed away, i know you can see me writing this right now, just i wish i could see you too. I remmeber going to walmart with you and you would have two hole carts full of stuff, it would barely all fit in your truck. Im always going to miss the memories and good times we had together but it's good that you are not in any pain. You were an amazing Meme and i will miss you forever. I just wish i could have one more day with you,

Mom,
There are so many things that we are going to miss now that you are gone.  I am going to miss being able to pick up the phone and call you every time I want to talk to you, I am going to miss answering the phone to you on the other end. That is something that we did many times a day. We didn’t even have to have anything important to say, we would just set and talk about any and everything. I know I would give you a hard time about leaving voicemails on my phone, because anyone else who called me and couldn’t reach me would just send me a text. So every time I would check my voice mail there would be at least seven or eight of them from you saying the same thing. Rhonda, it’s your mom, call me. You have no idea now how much I am going to miss hearing your messages.  As the last one you left for me was on the day you left us. That message was left on my voicemail just minutes before I called you back and talked to you. You told me how you had just got home from Dialysis and you were feeling sick and you were going to lie down for a little while, then after a brief conversation you asked me to call you back later. When I hung up the phone with you mom, I never dreamed that would be the last time I would be allowed to talk to you or hear your voice. I know I am going to miss having you in my life, but I keep reminding myself that you are still with us, just in a different way now.  I know that where you are now, you are in no pain and your body will never have to go through another Dialysis treatment. I feel that you are still with us, watching over us, Just as Jake told me this morning on the way to school. He said mom, we won’t get to see meme anymore, but she is watching over us from Heaven and we can talk to her anytime we want to because she can hear us, then  he smiled, as if he knew that everything was going to be ok.

Meme, a wonderful grandmoth. We lost an amazing person, that will be greatly missed. I loved every minute we spent together. We all had our ups and downs, but we're family and we know that we love each other dearly. I will miss our late night walmart trips, and our movie dates. I will miss arguing with you on how much time we would spend on the same aisle at walmart:) I will miss all the conversations we ever had. Meme you were like a second mother to me, we did spend a lot of time together for a very long time. I was always with you. These last few days we're very very hard for me, well everyone actually. I know that you are watching over us right now... So just know that we have Mema taken care of, we are having a girls night tonight all at the house having a little fun. Meme I Love You So Much! I hope your resting peacefully on the wings of an angel. My heart is so heavy with loss. Thank you for all you have given, all you have done, and all you have sacrificed for us through out our lives. My thoughts and prayers are with you. It has been many years since I have been in touch with school friends but Cathy was always a sweet girl and fun to be around. May God be with you during the days ahead and help you with the pain and loss you are feeling.

Right from the start, Cathy made us feel welcome when we became neighbors.  She gave me my first Dominic hen when something ate one of our chickens.  We loved listening to her quail cooing.

I've knew Cathy since I was in my early 20's. She was a wonderful person. We worked together @ Dairy Queen in Humble, she was my manager...she was GREAT! She could make you laugh when you wanted to cry, especially about men!!!!! I wish all my managers were like her. Kerry & I were her 2 best employees. Cathy will be missed dearly. I'm glad that she was a part of my life, thanks for the memories.

Cathy was a fun happy girl in our school days. I have fond memories of her during our sleepovers and weekend adventures. As a young girl she had a lively laughfter and kind personality.She was creative with her hair do's and had a good sense of adventure. I don't know how her later years were but the youthful years we shared with our friends were fun and adventuresome.
