10 years ago, we all lost an outstanding colleague and a tremendous friend.  Today I am particularly remembering you and praying for comfort to your family and loved ones. My deepest sympathy to the Chak Wong family. Chak was a true specialist in his field, always helpful, friendly and wonderful to work with. I will miss him very much.

It is with great sadness to hear that Chak Wong, an extremely nice person as human being and a professional engineer, with whom I had the great pleasure of working with since the year 2000 has passed away so young. We built the basement of Bayers Engineering Group at Baytown together and continued later working together in international committees writing Bayer Global Practices or contributing to international conferences. I am losing a dear friend and a great Corrosion Engineer, who is very well recognized by his peers in the expert community within the USA and also internationally.

Chak I will miss you. You are such an outstanding technical resource, very intelligent and wonderful friendly person. May you rest in peace. My deepest condolences to your family.

I was shocked and saddended to hear of Chak's passing. My deepest sympathy goes out to the entire family. Chak was such a good man, a consumate professional, and a pure pleasure to work with. Chak did so much to make our work environment safer, that we all owe him a debt of gratitude. I will miss you my friend!

Chak didn't want to be a leader but he did lead by example. His integrity, honesty, work ethic and expert advise was an inspiration to all he worked with. Hw was more like a brother than a colleague to me. We worked on many projects and standards teams, his contributions were invaluable. Everyone who met him liked and admired him. We all enjoyed his companionship and our travel experiences together. Till we meet again, goodbye for now, Chak.

Chak, I heard your name before I even started to working at Baytown.  Your vast knowledge, kindness, wits and big mile will be missed by all of us.  Rest in peace! 

Noel and Wong family, I was shocked and deeply saddened to hear your loss.  At this sad time, we hope it helps to know how many are touched by your loss, how many thoughts and prays are with you.  May your memories give you strength.

I have found in Chak a very sincere and trustworthy colleague who could always be relied on. Our thoughts and prayers reach out to his family to cope with the loss and keep Chak's memory alive.

It was quite a shock when I learned of Chak's illness. I always enjoyed joking with him, though we worked together infrequently, he was always the same old Chak. May God provide comfort in your time of grief.

I still remember the first time I met Chak. It was April last year, one of my first working days in new workplace.  I felt relaxed and warm immmidiately after seeing he raised his hand to shake hand with me with a kind fatherly smile on his face. 

This feelings of warmness at heart came to me every time I met him since. And it will be in my heart forever.

I greatly respect Chak as a colleague. He was great at what he "does". I respect him even more as a person.  Intelligent, diligent, humble, kind........  He has a big heart and is selfless.  We have suffered a big loss.
