Chang Sung Im

Mr. Im was born on December 3rd, 1936 in Pyongyang, Korea to Bundo Im and Yong Ahe Hwang. Francisco immigrated from Korea to the US in 1970 and was a long time resident of Houston, Texas. He graduated from the Incheon Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. He worked in the Oil and Gas industry in Houston, Texas for over 25 years. He attended and was one of the original members of St. Andrew Kim Korean Catholic Church where he served as Chairman and Sunday School Principal. Francisco enjoyed spending time with his family as well as fishing and golfing. He was described as a friend to all.

Mr. Chang Sung Im was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, and sister. He leaves behind his loving wife of 52 years, Hyon Cha Im of Houston, TX. Sons, Mark Im of Houston, TX, Ben Im of Carrollton, TX, two brothers, his sister; and a host of other cousins, nephews, grandchildren and family and friends.

Francisco was an honorable Husband, Father and friend and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
