

Charlene was born in Texas City, Texas on January 8, 1928 to Emma (Lanny) Lawson and Charles Rohden.
She attended St. Agnes Academy and Incarnate Word Academy in Houston and while there, met and later married Thomas Edward O’Neill and together, they had four sons.
She was preceded in death by her parents, step-father, P.D. Wolff, husband Tommy and daughter-in-law Candy O’Neill.
She is survived by her sons, Thomas Patrick (Terri), Mark, Kirk (Jonathan), Tim (Karen), along with her beloved and precious grandchildren, Michael, Robby (Ida), Angela (Chris), Meghan, Mark Shannon (Marissa) and Doug, and great-grandchildren, Michaela, Julietta, Alexandria, Matthew, Caleb, Isaac and Ransom, along with several other loving nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends.
The family would like to express an enormous amount of thanks and love to her constant companion and caregiver over the past three years, Monque Swan.
A Visitation will be held at Forest Park Westheimer on Sunday, December 30, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a funeral service at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 31, 2018. Graveside service to follow.
A reception beginning at 4:00 p.m. will be held following the service in the Green Room at The Treemont, 2501 Westerland Drive at Westheimer Road.
