Charles Royce Hightower was born Oct. 14, 1936 and passed away March 28, 2014. He is preceded in death by his wife, Letha Mackey Hightower; parents, JC and Jewel Thompson and brother, Clint Hightower. He leaves behind daughter, Belinda Smith & husband Curtis; daughter, GayeLynn Pohlmeyer & husband Larry; grandchildren, William Messer & wife Amy, Curtis Smith Jr. & wife Melissa, Ryan Smith, Wesley Smith, Leshea Howard & husband David, Brent Beezley, Ben Pohlmeyer Sr. and Katharine Arnold & husband Cody; great grandchildren, Kelsen Whitley, Zach, Eli, Hannah, Tori, Destiny & Valerie Howard, Logan & Brooklynn Smith, Abby & Adly Messer and Ben Pohlmeyer Jr.; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
