Charles Kevin Taylor was born on October 18, 1960, in Houston, Texas. He attended Kashmere Elementary and Kashmere High School where he graduated in 1978.
Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Charles Arthur Taylor; mother, Eloise M. Taylor; nephew, Anthony Earl Batts; ten aunts and eight uncles.
Kevin’s memory will be cherished by his sister, Marilyn B. Henry; niece, Sonya B. Ramirez; great-niece, Mia Chevis (Tevin); great-great-nephew, Raphael Norris; great-great niece; Temia Chevis; and a host of other relatives.
