Chester Renfro

He was preceded in death by his parents, John D. Renfro and Thelma Gregory; stepmother, Tanner Renfro, and son, Donald R. Renfro.

His memory will be cherished by his survivors, daughter, Veronica C. Renfro, former wife, Claudie N. Renfro and a host of relatives and friends.

Chester graduated from Phillis Wheatley High School. He enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1959 and was honorably discharged. He worked for Southern Pacific Trucking and various additional trucking companies for many years. He will be missed by many who loved him.

A visitation for Chester will be held Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at 9:30 AM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at 10:30 AM, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039. A committal service will occur Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at 11:30 AM at Brookside Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039.
