While her family and friends are heartbroken by her death, they are thankful for her full and beautiful life. Chloe was a sweet, loving girl who brought a calm and accepting presence to all who knew her. She had a happy childhood full of adventure and experiences that shaped her hard-working and empathetic character. She loved experimenting with makeup, baking amazing tarts and pastries, spending time with her friends, snuggling with her dogs, and found a new love for theater. She excelled at school and made everything she did look effortless. She had an uncanny ability to make people feel special in her life and all are lucky to have loved her.
Chloe is survived by her mother, Francine, her father, Neil, her brother, Evan, and her many friends and extended family.
Chloe’s parents would like for all her friends to know that they are loved and cherished just as much as Chloe is.
