Chris P Garcia

Chris P Garcia, 50, of Houston, Texas passed away on January 1, 2017. Chris will be remembered as a loyal husband, caring father and a fierce friend. He was a longtime volunteer firefighter with Cloverleaf FD and Houston FD. During his free time he loved to watch his daughters play softball along with going hunting, and deep sea fishing. Chris had a great sense of humor and a passion for caring for his family. Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 27 years Martina, their five children; Cynthia Mercedes Garcia married to Oscar Reyes, Yvonne Renee Garcia married to Henry Franklin, Madeline Alyssa Garcia, Cassandra Marie Garcia, and Yazmin Patricia Garcia. Also left behind are his grandchildren; Natalie Garcia, Melody Garcia, Zachary Garcia, Ryan Reyes and Lexie Garcia, his brother Bernardo Garcia and wife Bobby as well as countless other family members and friends. Visitation will be held on Monday, January 9, 2017 from 5-9 PM with a funeral service commencing at 10 AM on Tuesday, January 10, 2017. Services will be held in the chapel of Crespo Funeral Home on Broadway and interment will follow at Forest Park Lawndale.
