He was 60 years old. Born to William and Allie Jefferson, Christopher lived a full and vibrant life. He was known for his charismatic personality, infectious laugh and ability to relate to anyone he met. Whether cracking a joke, offering a helping hand or handling business with sharp focus, he left a lasting impression everywhere he went.
Christopher served his country honorably in the United States Army, where he worked in the pharmacy. After his military service, he continued his commitment to public safety as a Fireman and EMT. Never one to sit still, Christopher explored many paths throughout his life—one of his passions being technology, where he showcased his talent for building computers. In 2012, his entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish Jefferson Corporate Limos, a transportation company built on professionalism, excellence, and heart. The business became not only his career but his legacy.
Christopher was a devoted Seventh-Day Adventist and a faithful member of several churches throughout his life. He worshiped at Hebron SDA Church, Conroe SDA Church under the leadership of Pastor A. R. Carruthers, and most recently called Smyrna SDA Church his spiritual home.
He is survived by his loving children: son, William Jefferson; daughters, Alesia Cyrus (Courvoisio Cyrus) and Brittany Jefferson. He was a proud grandfather to Nyomi Owens-Jordan, Dallis Cyrus and Alexander Barfield. Christopher is also survived by his brothers, Allen Jefferson and Lambert Jefferson, along with a host of cherished cousins, friends, and clients who became like extended family. Christopher’s strength, faith, and kindness will continue to live on in those who knew and loved him. He lived with the unshakable belief reflected in Romans 8:28—“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose.”
