She was born on July 24, 1966, in Palacios, Texas, to David Moll Sr. and Lillian Clement. Clara was affectionately known as “Crickett.” She graduated from Klein Forest High School.
Clara met Robert while working at Handy Dan, and they were married on November 22, 2001. She dedicated 25 years of service as a manager at Smith Mobile Home Park, where she was respected for her dedication, leadership, and commitment to the community.
She was preceded in death by her stepfather, "Don Don” Clement, and her mother, Lillian Clement. Clara's nephew, Jatorien Travis (Private First Class), predeceased her.
Clara is survived by her loving husband, Robert Kreger; her son, Jimmy Lewis; her sister, Valeria Travis; her brother, David D. Moll Jr.; and her sister-in-law, Brenda Kreger.
Clara will be remembered for her strong work ethic, her devotion to her family, and the lasting impact she made on those who knew her.
A visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel, located at 5100 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77022, on January 1, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The funeral service will take place at the same venue on January 2, 2026, from 10:30 am to 11:30 am. The committal service will follow at Brookside Funeral Home & Memorial Park, located at 13747 Eastex Fwy, Houston, TX 77039, from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm.
Pallbearers will include James Howell, William Smith III, Gary Sube, Lonnie Jackson, Aarron Fowler, and Quincy Travis.
