

Cliff was a graduate of Jefferson Davis High School in 1949. He also served in the US Army during the Korean War. After his service in the Army, Cliff worked for Associated Steel as a purchasing agent. He later went on to work in sales for McJunkin Steel and later retired from Fluor Daniel in 1997.
Those who knew Cliff knew his love for Golf. Over the years you could find him playing at either Herman Park Course or Sharpstown Course, but above all was his love for his family. Cliff also enjoyed spending time at Surf Side Beach with the love of his life, Amy Lundstedt.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lester M. Neeley and Pearl Elizabeth Neeley. He is survived by: his love, Amy Lundstedt, who has stood by his side for over 28 years; children, Regina Carroll, Clifton Neeley, Jr. and wife Leesa, Cindy Slocomb and husband Joe, and Sheila Tamborella; step-children, LaDonna Carnifax and husband Jim, and Lisa Lundstedt and husband Kevin Cane; grandchildren, Scott Stephens, Tiffany Woosley, Noah, Ava, Lana Tamborella, Lindsay and Casey Slocomb, Caitlin Neeley, LaShelle Carnifax, Anya and Lia Cane; as well as 8 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 25th at 2:00 pm at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home. A catered reception will follow after burial.
