I was looking for an obituary of another person when I discovered the news of Conway’s passing.  Conway and I went to the same high school, yet I didn’t know him personally.   I knew of him thru a mutual friend (Larry H.).  I‘d always admired and envied Conway’s car at Waltrip.  Wasn’t it a gold colored Trans Am?
Reading thru these other memories, I realized that I missed out on knowing a great person in Conway.  My belated condolences to Nancy and the rest of his family.

CONWAY LIM  AND I GREW UP TOGETHER IN THE SAME NEIGHBORHOOD, HE WAS A VERY SPECIAL PERSON TO KNOW ..CONWAY COULD MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU WERE THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON, IF YOU ENTERED A ROOM FULL OF PEOPLE HE WOULD GREET YOU AND MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON IN THAT ROOM FULL OF PEOPLE, I KNOW IN HEAVEN HE WILL BE THERE ALSO AND MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I AM THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON  ALL OVER AGAIN.  TAKE CARE NANCY,  YOU WILL SEE HIM AGAIN , WE WILL SEE HIM AGAIN .!  I REALLY LOVE CONWAY LIKE FAMILY . HE WAS ALWAYS A GIVER AND A TRUE FRIEND.  ,FROM MARIO GALICIA

I still can not believe it? I want to pick up the phone and call him right now. He was truly one of my best friends, and I hope he considered me one of his. I cant put into words the feeling of loss. I have known a lot of people that fade away as friends as time pass's, but Conway was my friend till the end. I am so so sorry for your loss. If there is anything I can do for the family, just let me know. The world has truly lost one of the few good people here on this earth.

far too soon. i'll always remember the years we spent hanging out after work. you were a good man, who went out of his way to help others. the world needs more people like you, conway. you will be sorely missed.

Nancy, we are so sorry for your loss. Robert is taking this very hard and wanted me to let you know we are thinking of you. Robert was telling me about Conway and him and all the things they did together ever since 3rd grade. We were really honored when he agreed to be our best man on our weeding. Please let us know if you need ANYTHING. We are coming in Sunday morning. See you soon.
