

He is preceded in death by parents Jennie Lee Devillier and Harvey Andrew St. Cyr, & stepfather Harold Devillier. He is survived by his beloved soulmate and wife Doris of 26 years. He leaves behind daughters Cynthia, Jackie & Tina St. Cyr of Houston,Tx. Sons Chris & Peggy St. Cyr and daughters Jennifer and Meredith of Katy,Tx. Randy & Laurie St. Cyr and children Michelle, Ryan & Devin of Katy, Tx. Brian & Sandy St. Cyr daughters Kara, Kaytlyn, Hallie and Katie of Austin,Tx. Stepdaughters Suzi Dowell son Tyler Dowell and wife Heather of Sugar Land. Carol Pitt & husband Mike children Shannon and Sean of Cedaredge, Co. He also leaves 2 great grandson’s Crimson & Indigeaux St. Cyr. A brother Wayne Devillier & wife Sheri and daughters Taryn and Ashley, and a sister Catherine Hebert & husband Tommy along with daughters Amy & Kim all of Opelousas, LA. Cordell was a graduate of LSU and served in the US Army. He had a long successful career working at CCRD Engineering firm. He attended St. Laurence Catholic Church in Sugarland where he spent time as a member of the Knights of Columbus before discovering his calling and founding the Medical Missionaries of Divine Mercy in 2001.
