Miss you my Brother-I think of you often and all your "Eli-isms"-how you mixed mayo/mustard for burgers, ordered  1 meatball, bread and tomato source as your meal in the finest Italian Restaurant in Vegas.
 Our yearly Golf  trips  & countless Golf matches with Redd, Benny Hanna and Hunt. Your competitive spirit and enormous heart.

Iracane ("Ear-a-connie")

I always liked and admired Craig. Had a very warm and welcoming personality and made everybody feel comfortable that he met. He was a true leader and friend .

Craig was such a great friend to the Iracane family.  I will always appreciate the opportunity he gave me to work at SWE.  Such an optimistic and happy guy to be around. Rest In Peace Ely and “Who loves ya baby!”

Craig was a good friend and one of the nicest persons I've ever known. We had some good times fishing and hanging out at his baffin bay house. R.I.P Craig we'll miss you buddy. 

We gonna miss him. We all made memories with Craig. I will miss this man. 

Craig Elias was a good man, he and I enjoyed many hours together at BBCC.  He always enjoyed taking me for a ride in his newest sports car and scaring the heck out of me while showing off his new ride.  Craig, I will miss you buddy, rest in peace. 

I feel very privileged to have known Craig. He always made me smile.  Some of my fondest weekends with Craig were at the lake house in Austin. A few significant ones were when Tod and broke down on the way there, when my son got trapped in elevator or the first visit when the bat came flying in the house.   He sure knew how to cook fried trout!  I will never forget his kindness and generosity.  The world needs more people like Craig.   

My condolences to the family, friends and partners of Craig. I have known him since 1969 when he arrived on the scene in a yellow corvette. He was a stable wonderful human being who had a heart of gold. Go with God my dear friend. The head of the table at our board meetings will be empty without you.

I can't even begin to explain what a wonderful guy Craig was, better known as " Ely" to many ! He was an industry legend, the original " gas man"....loved by so many ! Craig truly was the life of the party. His laugh and his perspective on life, friends and fun was infectious. If you met Ely, you desperately wanted to be around him ! A great boss, friend and mentor, he will be desperately missed by so many !

I worked with Craig for over 10 years, beginning with ANR Gathering Co. in the mid 80’s and continuing with Coastal Gas Marketing and Engage Energy.  He was my boss, but more importantly, he was my friend.  When I first joined ANR Gathering in the early 80’s, I was one of the very few women at that time to invade the male dominated energy business.  That “glass ceiling” seemed to be way out of reach.  In spite of all those “uphill battles”,  Craig always treated me with respect and I never felt under-appreciated for my work.  Craig was a good, kind boss, mentor, and friend.  Thank you boss for the challenging and fun ride!  It is time to take a rest.  God bless you.

I worked with Craig at ANR Pipeline Company when I first moved to Houston back in 1985.  My memories of many golf outings, quail hunting trips and daily work are so positive. I grew up with Craig as a neighbor, we played Little League and Pony League baseball together.

Sorry for your loss.  He was a fine person and will be missed by many.  

Craig and I are the same age, and we grew up across the street from each other. We played baseball together, bowled together (he was one of the top youth bowlers in Corpus), and we were buddies. We were both pitchers on the Carroll High School baseball team. Craig was one of the good guys, and we all knew he would be successful. I reconnected with him earlier this year and we were planning a reunion fishing trip. So sorry you got sick and had to go, buddy. We had many great times.

I knew Craig from high school when he dated my best friend. He loved his yellow corvette and continued his love for cars throughout his life. 
We reconnected a few years back and he still remained that funny, fun and full of life guy. Kind, generous and a wonderful friend. You will certainly be missed. Blessings to Marilyn and her family. 

Craig, to me, was an icon in the natural gas marketing world, one of the 1st people I ever did a gas deal with (circa 1989) and for a short time my boss's boss - 10 years later.  

I often think of an afternoon martini at Brennan's with Craig (and Brian) rehashing the day and strategizing for the next - over the years as either a colleague or a customer.

Craig was funny and wise - always enjoyable to be around. Most of all, Craig was a man with the biggest and kindest heart !

Craig will be missed dearly. He was a friend and I was his hairstylist for over  27 yrs.. We always had a visit filled with laughter and talking about islands we wanted to visit . He was loyal , funny and lit up the Salon when he came in .
Craig  always called me , " honey" , and I loved that.  His laughter was contagious.
We will cherish the fond memories we have of Craig forever. We love you .

I worked for Craig in the late 90's and early 2000's. I joined his company (PCES at that time) with good qualifications and ability but very little experience. He trusted my judgement and empowered me in decision making from the beginning. He supported me in tough situations and encouraged me. I appreciated his leadership.
We have kept in touch a couple of times each year since then. I have enjoyed watching the new company grow and keeping in touch with business. But, with the quarantine, I regret that I haven't kept up with him this past year. 
I will miss him. He was someone I could call with an idea or a question and he always treated it as a reasonable question. He was a good mentor.

I worked with Craig for over 10 years and I do not remember an unkind word spoken by him or about him.  My condolences to his family and friends.

A legend.    I am forever grateful for the opportunities he gave me.    He will be missed.  

I was saddened to learn of the passing of an old friend. I've known Craig for nearly 30 years. He was a great man, a great friend and a sharp, talented guy who was fit for the marketing sector of business. In addition to conducting lots of business over the years, he and I played golf all over the US and beyond together with other folks in the natural gas marketing and trading business.

He shall be remembered in a way that we all aspire to be remembered.

My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.
