Rosie was a joy to have known and worked with.  I never saw him angry at anyone.  He always took the time to be helpful. He played a good game of golf also.

Rosie was a wonderful person and friend.  His sense of humor kept a smile on all the faces of those of us who knew him.  He loved his family and treasured his friends.  


My prayers are with his family and all who knew him.

Mr. Rosebrugh, "Rosie", was always a very respectful person to me and he always made me feel like an important person, although I was a clerk in the Pipeline Transmission Dept. when I first met him it the early 1970's. I always came away from talking to him feeling like he was a real friend.

Our condolences to the family.  Rosie was a great contributor to the Transco pipeline systems.

I really looked up to "Rosie" as a person to try to be like. He was a wonderful person to work with.

I had the honor of working for "Rosie" during the 1970s 80s at Transcontinental Gas Pipeline.  He was a great "pipeliner" and a genuinely good person.  He was hard working, honest and a wonderful man to work for.  All of us "pipeliners" will miss him a lot.
