Cyndy A. Garza-Blount, 58, of Houston, Texas passed on April 24, 2014. She is survived by her husband Joe Blount of 35 years, her parents, R.H. and Delia Garza, brother Mark Garza and wife Derenda, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Cyndy taught Spanish for 20 years at Scarborough High School. She will be remembered as a loving wife, a faithful friend to many, and a wonderful aunt. Her contagious laugh and smile will be greatly missed and never forgotten. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the SPCA or The American Cancer Society.
